The Board of Garda Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Kettil Stenberg as Chief Executive Officer. Kettil succeeds Jon Ola Stokke, who is stepping down after almost five years in the role.

Kettil brings a wealth of experience from the security industry having held several prominent positions in the sector, notably as CTO of Securitas Technology Europe. The Board is confident that Kettil is well-positioned to guide Garda Group into its next phase of growth and development, while staying true to the principles that have shaped the Group.

The Board would like to extend its deep thanks and gratitude to Ola for his dedicated leadership, commitment and for his great work in bringing the Group to this point. Under his leadership, the Group has experienced a period of significant growth expanding from c.290 employees and c.NOK 0.9bn revenue in 2022 to more than 3,000 employees and NOK 8bn in pro forma revenue today. The Group has extended its offering delivering both perimeter and technical security solutions and ventured into new geographies which has cemented its position as a leading pan-European security provider.
